Return Policy

We are only able to offer replacements if an item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. Because our merchandise is printed to order, we are not able to issue returns for any other reason, including size issues or buyer's remorse.

We cannot guarantee US delivery by Christmas for any orders placed after December 11, 2023. If an order is placed after that date, we cannot process a return or refund if it arrives after Christmas. For countries outside the US, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery but recommend ordering by December 1, 2023, as shipping can take an extra week or two.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement, if it meets the above eligible criteria.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
